How it works


How it works


We are all unique, what works for one person is often very different to the next. Health Coaching sessions are one to one so that you can experience a personalised approach.


You can choose for your session to be in person, online or walk n talk.


We will start off with a 15 min chat on the phone to see if health coaching is a good fit for you - your chance to get a feel for the process and ask questions.

The next step is to book in for your consultation. Here we will go through your health history, current situation and personal goals.


Clients often feel much better after just one session having finally had the chance to talk openly and honestly about how they feel.


360 coaching


We will be co-creating a plan based on what we have discussed, meaning it will feel realistic and at the right pace for you. I'll pop this over to you on email so you can get cracking straight away.


This is 360 coaching and will include a mix of exercise, nutrition and lifestyle tips, all designed to start building up your self-care toolkit. 


Support


Now the fun stuff starts as it's all about progress! I want you to succeed so we can build in as much support as you'd like. I will make recommendations based on your goals, however it is entirely up to you how many sessions you want to do.


From here I will be holding you accountable to taking action (you'll thank me for it I promise!)


So whether it's a few sessions to get you going or regular monthly check-ins, I will encourage and motivate you to stay on track throughout the process - you'll be amazed at how quickly you'll start to feel the benefits.
