I help midlife women reconnect with themselves by rebuilding confidence, strength and energy in a way that feels realistic, supportive and sustainable.
My coaching style focuses on both the physical and psychological elements of midlife and navigating menopause - a time that can be a mix of both wobbly hormones and exciting change!
I take a holistic approach to wellbeing so we'll be looking at the whole picture: your mindset, daily habits, stress, energy, emotional and physical health. With all angles covered, my aim is for you to feel fully supported and empowered for this chapter of life.
