Hi, I'm Sam,

Women’s Wellbeing Coach helping midlife women rebuild strength, energy and confidence in a way that fits real life.


I help women feel more like themselves again, not by adding pressure or extremes, but by helping them reconnect with their confidence, identity and daily habits in a sustainable way.


I know how hard it can feel when you’re constantly juggling work, family, hormones, stress and everyday life, while also trying to take care of yourself.


My coaching is designed to make things feel simpler, more structured and more supportive, so you can rebuild confidence, create healthier habits and feel more in control of your wellbeing again
