 Women’s Wellbeing Coach and busy mum of two boys.


I help midlife women reconnect with who they are, rebuild their confidence and feel strong and energised again. 


I do this through supportive, realistic coaching that helps you to prioritise your wellbeing and create simple sustainable changes, so you can feel more like yourself.
